Emergency services are responding to reports of an explosion on a railway construction site near Donnersbergerbrucke in Munich. At least three people have reportedly been injured. Local media suggest that the blast may have been caused by an unexploded WW2 bomb. Police have stated that there is no ongoing threat to the public.

S-bahn services between Laim and Rosenheimer Platz are currently suspended and rail services through the area are subject to delays and cancellations. Traffic and public transport disruptions are likely in the vicinity of the incident in the coming hours.
