Activists in Tallinn plan to participate in the “World Wide Rally for Freedom” on November 20 to denounce COVID-19-related policies and restrictions. Demonstrators will gather at Freedom Square in the city center starting at 12:00. It remains unclear how many participants the event may draw; nevertheless, police could introduce security-related movement restrictions if it is well attended, prompting localized traffic and public transport disruptions. Police could also attempt to disperse the gathering if it becomes disruptive, potentially resulting in isolated low-level clashes.
