Northern China authorities are reinstating lockdowns to control the spread of Covid-19 due to the country recording more than 100 cases in 11 provinces last week. The local outbreaks have been expanding quickly even though 75% of the population is vaccinated. Entry restrictions will be tightened to the Chinese Capital requiring travelers to show a negative coronavirus test and 14 days of health monitoring. Trains, buses, and taxi services have been suspended in several provinces in order to cease tourist activities and place visitors in quarantine.
